Fajã restaurant was born from a desire to bring people together and showcase the flavors of Jurerê in_ and its Azorean roots, while respecting our ecosystem and all that nature offers. With a menu celebrating local island culture and a contemporary touch, Fajã offers a flavorful experience for lovers of the Magic Island.

Exclusive recipes prepared by our chef, combining classic comfort with the sophisticated touch of our kitchen. Treat yourself to creations such as Kale Soup with Blumenau Sausage and Crispy Kale, or the surprising Baroa Cream with Fillet and Demi-Glace, accompanied by an impeccable selection of artisan breads, cheeses and sides.

Fondue Nights
Our exclusive Fondue Nights are back!
On Saturdays and Sundays, our restaurant becomes the perfect setting for a special get-together, where you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and authentic fondue service. Designed for sharing, the menu begins with our sophisticated cheese fondue, made with a special blend of Emmental and Gruyère cheeses. To complement its creamy texture, we’ve selected croutons, cherry tomatoes, fresh broccoli, baby potatoes, and the premium touch of perfectly grilled filet mignon cubes and shrimp.
To finish with sweet fondue, rich, velvety chocolate ganache is served with a selection of fresh seasonal fruits, including grapes, banana, pineapple, strawberry, and melon.
When you choose our fondue experience, your first glass of wine or sparkling wine is on us. Location: Fajã Restaurant - service in Canto d'Areia. Inside Jurerê Beach Village. When: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Price: R$ 119.00 + 10% per person. Limited availability each evening.
